SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on our website are shipped via recognized logistics partners to all regions of Brazil, within 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation from the institution responsible for billing.

To check the shipping cost and delivery time, select the items you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". Then, enter your zip code, and the cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Attention:

• The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. As soon as your payment is approved, you will be notified by email.

• All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may require a little more time for payment confirmation;

PAYMENT POLICY

The delivery time indicated in the order begins counting from the date the payment is identified, which varies according to the payment method:

• Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours

• Pix payments in up to four hours.

• Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): after processing, which can take up to 2 business days.

Therefore, if you need your delivery urgently, we suggest making the payment via Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In some zip code areas of some cities, deliveries may be made on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent, or if there is a need to confirm the address and/or name of the recipient, or even if the package is held for analysis and validation by the competent authorities, the delivery time is paused.
